A Day in the life 

You will be In charge of design and adaptation of brand education O + O content for all distribution channels.

You are responsible for the creation and deployment of all ancillary materials in regards to training (ppt, satisfaction survey, videos, learning plan , calendar, etc.).

Your Responsibilities:

Communication 

  • Build various communication strategy based on different channels to drive stylist engagement.
  • Promote internal and external all O+O education program offering.
  • Responsible to create and provide all Social Media posts/content design to promote any educational events and programs. (complete kits)
  • Supporting local IG & Facebook group (answering clients, pre-planning posts/content)
  • Handles surveys (send, collect, follow up, provide clear data report)

Access/online education platform

  • Responsible for Managing & updating all brand content on the platform.
  • Collaborates in an editorial committee with the Access team to analyze the effectiveness of its brand’s content.
  • Running the L’Oréal Access platform with brand content to ensure traffic.

Content

  • Proofread & responsible for all translation needed from any DMI education content and adapt to local market.
  • Constantly updates existing brand content for all distribution channels
  • Updates all education collateral for the field ensuring alignment with commercial offers/marketing (promo, launch)
  • Train the technical education teams on new modules, engage sales & marketing teams around education.
  • Responsible to update education website/youtube channel.
  • Managing inventory (merch/products/education material) for country.
  • Keep an eye on competition and report qualitative feedback from the field/testing day

  • Planning and organization skills

  • HTML/CSS Understanding for content structure and CSS for design and layout
  • Understanding of SEO principles, web performance 
  • Bilingual
  • Computer skills: MS Excel/Work/PPT/Outlook
  • Technical knowledge excellence
  • O+O stylist journey
  • Content creation
  • Value tracking: data
  • Preferably some knowledge on graphic design software: adobe Acrobat, photoshop, Canva.
