It’s a diverse and dynamic place that awaits you !POSITION SUMMARY :Offers the Company’s products, negotiates and finalizes agreements, coordinates events while providing outstanding customer service and maximizing revenues.Status : Unionized, permanentSchedule : 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday, 37.5 hours per weekStart date : September 30, 2024Salary : 28.16$ (Class 6)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Rent out rental spaces to customers for events (e.g. weddings, corporate events);
  • Negotiate agreements while maximizing revenues;
  • Establish long-term business relationships with event organizers and suppliers;
  • Canvass to develop new clientele;
  • Book venues and update event calendar;
  • Issue contracts, carry out invoicing and ensure final settlement of each file;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by suggesting improvements as required.

KNOWLEDGE :

  • Administrative techniques, marketing option
  • Bilingualism: English (advanced, level 3)
  • Computer skills: MS Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of the event industry

EXPERIENCES :

  • 3 years’ experience in sales
  • 3 years’ experience in events management
  • 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • 1 to 2 years telemarketing experience
