Work for a world-class organization that provides an exceptional career experience with an inclusive and collaborative culture?What will your typical day look like?The Global Workday Alliance Chief of Staff will work directly with the Global Workday Chief Commercial Office (CCO) / Practice Leader, Global Workday Alliance Leader, Global Ecosystems & Alliances Leader, and the extended global leadership team to shape and execute global strategies and priorities:
- Act as an advisor to the Global Workday CCO and extended leadership team, planning and directing all administrative, financial, and operational activities
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
- Work with the Global Workday CCO to identify / manage / resolve issues and develop alliance / tech relationship goals
- Enable and maintain relationship with Alliance / Tech Relationship and Deloitte Firm leadership, as well as Industry and Offering Leaders, to ensure relevance of strategic initiatives in key geographies, industries and offerings
- Act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between firm Leadership and other stakeholders
- Represent the Global Workday CCO in relevant meetings, discussions, and/or events
- Drives communications planning and sales excellence / reporting
- Oversee the execution of the strategic and operational plans for the Global Workday Alliance and Global Ecosystems and Alliances
- Works with the Global Workday Alliance, and Global Ecosystems and Alliances leadership team to deliver on strategic and operational activities
- Collaborates with the firm’s wider Chief of Staff network to support delivery of priority initiatives and sharing of best practices
- In addition, works with the Global Workday CCO in their capacity as the Global E&A Operate Champion in order to drive strategic initiatives and collobaboration across the tier 1, globally supported alliances and the Global Operate program
Who you’ll work with:
- Reporting directly to the CCO and Global Alliance Leader, and supporting them most directly in their agenda setting, strategic planning, management of the Global strategy, and executive engagement
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Global Workday Alliance core enablement team; traditionally comprised of core Project Management and Reporting Resources; global/regional Chief of Staff network; Regional Alliance Managers; Marketing; core team pillar leaders/functional teams
- Collaborating often across the Global network – across lead partners and teams – as well as beyond Ecosystems & Alliances, building relationships across the firm’s Global Alliance and Global Business network, in addition to other leaders and their teams

- Must have a bachelor’s degree master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience building effective working relationships with high-level internal stakeholders across multiple businesses, geographies and cultures
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff role is an asset
- Superior communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with competing priorities while consistently producing best in-class deliverables
- Experience in navigating a global, matrixed, and virtual work environment
- Recognized leader who is dynamic, proactive and decisive
- Strategic and creative team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Outstanding analytical, research, and presentation skills (superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with outstanding attention to detail

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 – $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
