What you’ll do

The Associate Business Manager of the Product Management team, will play a critical role in evaluating solutions to address identified enhancements or gaps of existing Canadian Tire Credit Card features or to comply with new regulatory rules that impact the Canadian Tire Credit Card. Their responsibilities will extend to implementing the approved solution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

  • Evaluate potential solutions to address identified feature enhancements or to comply with new regulatory rules, related to the Canadian Tire Credit Card. Conduct comprehensive assessments that consider the feasibility, risks, costs, and benefits associated with each solution option and use this information to inform decision-making processes.

  • Take the lead to implement approved solutions by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Work closely with business partners, marketing, operations, legal, and compliance departments to develop comprehensive and detailed requirements. Ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the implementation process to facilitate the successful execution of plans.

  • Prepare clear and concise documentation of all implemented product enhancements. Ensure that the documentation is accurate, accessible, and well-maintained to facilitate easy reference and future updates.

  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the solution evaluation and implementation processes. Act as a bridge between different teams and departments, ensuring effective communication, alignment on priorities, and successful execution of projects.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, relevant to the organization’s products or services.

What you bring

  • Preferred qualifications for this position include a completed Business degree or equivalent experience.
