Contract: 4 months
Salary: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.Advantages

– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Providing accurate information about promotions, products, services, and policies
– Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications
– Must be Bilingual ( FRENCH and ENGLISH)
– Must have Call Center Experience
– E-commerce Experience
– Experience in Chat is an asset
– Be tech savvy ( Computer knowledge and MS Office 365 )
– Be available from Monday-Sunday
– Must have your own Smartphone and working Laptop/PCSummary
