If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an On-Call Receptionist for a 24 month contract in Toronto. This is an onsite role. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $27.00 / Hour
Working Hours: 7:30 to 4:00 pm – Monday to FridayAdvantages

●Long term projectResponsibilities
As an On-Call Receptionist, your duties will include but not limited to:
●Receiving and directing of visitors (both internal and external) to the appropriate meeting rooms / businesses
●Receiving and signing of mail and packages, sorting into the appropriate groups
●Management of meeting rooms
●Meeting rooms bookings
●Tidy meeting rooms after meetings, contacting concierge or cleaning staff where necessary
●Setting up of meeting rooms for catering where required
●Managing inquiries to the appropriate team (Tech, premises management, etc.)
●Placing service calls where required to the appropriate team
●Seating charts management
●Working closely with the concierge for ordering supplies, etc.
●Management of emergency situations (e.g., medical emergencies, etc.)
●Managing access pass cardsQualifications
●Quick learner, above and beyond to learn new things
●Strong Organizational skills
●Able to manage desk, manage priorities
●Professional and presentable – business casual attire, friendly and approachable demeanor
●Aware of the contract expectations and willing to commit for two yearsNICE TO HAVE:
●Previous admin background
