While you’ll be accountable for driving execution forward, you’ll have support from internal teams and external agencies.
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning – Collaborating with the Director of Marketing and the Managing Partners, you’ll help define the overarching Marketing strategy for your customer segments. You’ll be adept at translating those strategies to actionable plans that you can then execute.

You’ll have lots of freedom to test channels, drive campaigns, and find the tactics that work best for us. * Strategic Deal Support – You’ll leverage your strategic thinking to help to drive leads through the funnel. This will involve helping to develop individual account strategies, collaborating on sales materials, producing case studies, and other activities that help progress deals.

  • Reporting – You’ll be responsible for tracking the performance of your initiatives. You’ll ensure that we’re capturing the proper data and that you can demonstrate what is and isn’t working.
  • Marketing Structure – Our team is fairly new and fairly small, which means you’ll directly contribute to defining norms, structures, and processes. Along with the Director of Marketing, you’ll build the foundation for future team growth.

What the ideal candidate looks like.

  • 4-6 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the B2B space, selling to enterprise-level clients. ABM experience is not a must but will be considered a major plus. • You’re action oriented. You have a bias to action. That’s not to say you don’t do your due diligence and drive alignment beforehand, but that you strive to move quickly and get things done.
  • You’re a relationship builder. You thrive working with others and cultivate strong relationships where everyone around you feels respected and valued.
  • You’re a communicator. You have strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communications to different audiences.

  • You’re adaptable. You are comfortable juggling multiple initiatives at once, adjusting to shifting priorities, and reacting to changes in the market.
  • You’re awesome. You are an interesting person that people seek out to spend time with because you offer energy, positivity, great advice, and engaging conversation. We work hard, so we love to reward success with a good time and hope you’ll join in on the fun.

  • 5 weeks of vacation for everyone at the company, plus frequent company development and social events.
  • A comprehensive benefits package 100% covered by us, including general annual wellness allowances.
  • You’ll work with good humans who genuinely enjoy spending time together.
  • You’ll have great work-life balance – no working on weekends.
  • We’ve been recognized as one of the top Great Places to Work in Canada for the past 6 consecutive years!
