When you speak to us you’ll hear our culture shine through.Role summary:We are looking for an experienced digital marketing Analysis & Insights Specialist to join our Strategy & Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across media and creative planning, performance optimization, and client deliverables. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Planning, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ marketing strategies by providing data-driven recommendations that enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver measurable business results. This team works within the US market.Key Responsibilities:This role has four primary objectives:
- Deliver world-class analysis & insights to our clients
- Leverage data from multiple internal and external sources and industry leading Marketing research methodologies to generate actionable insights. Inclusive of media and creative planning, strategy development, and performance optimization, the focus is to inform where value can be maximized for our clients.
- Analyze data to extract insights that inform strategic planning and campaign optimization.
- Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in consumer behavior, market dynamics, and campaign performance.
- Utilize predictive modeling and other advanced analytical techniques to forecast future performance and potential outcomes of strategic decisions.
- Strategic Partnership
- Be the source of intelligence for the US team, informing client decisioning, the Strategy & Planning team in the development of comprehensive and effective marketing strategies and evaluating the effectiveness of media and creative campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize client value.
- Craft clear, concise narratives from data findings, using visualizations and charts to enhance understanding and impact.
- Engage with clients during presentations to address questions, provide clarity, and offer deeper context for the insights provided. Use storytelling techniques to frame insights within a narrative that highlights their strategic significance and potential impact on client objectives.
- Collaboration, Communication & Training
- Through excellent communications skills, translate insights and implications to technical and non-technical audiences internally and externally. Work closely with various internal teams locally and globally to ensure analysis and insights findings are feeding into day-to-day operations and driving our delivery towards “award-worthy” outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support during the strategic planning process, offering real-time insights that guide decision-making and ensure alignment with data-driven recommendations.
- Innovation
- Continuously refine the insight generation process based on feedback from internal teams and clients, ensuring that insights remain relevant and actionable.
- Guide the use of new and innovative research methodologies which inform insights and advertising solutions for our clients.
- Continuously seek new, automated and A.I powered methodologies to track and assess the performance of ongoing campaigns, providing timely insights and recommendations for optimization to ensure client objectives are met.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a marketing, market research, digital marketing or an adjacent role
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in marketing or data analytics, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, data science, marketing or recent industry recognized qualifications
- Advanced in using Google Analytics GA4, Excel/Google sheets
- Certified and fluent in other advanced web analytics and customer data platforms, i.e., SQL, CDPs, CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot CRM) etc
- Comfortable with dashboarding and data visualization tools, i.e. Looker/Google data studio
- Experience working across Ad Platforms i.e. Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in Marketing effectiveness and evidence based marketing research principles
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build external and internal relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales/Consultants/Ad Operations)
- Business Acumen – the ability to connect insights to broader business objectives, including profitability and ROI.
