Apply now to our various role and be a part of our exciting journey!We are looking for Packers & Operators on ALL SHIFTS – Days, Afternoons, Nights:Mixer Operators: To transform ingredients into a cohesive, extensible, machinable dough that can be sheeted or laminated into a continuous sheet prior to cutting

• Follow dough formulation and adds ingredients as specified.
• Operate oven equipment.
• Conduct scaling and loading of ingredients into mixers and ingredient bins.
• Operate power walkie for tote movement and dough bin movement
• Update necessary documentation and record keeping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently

Sheeter Operators: Operates sheeter equipment. Ensure crackers are meeting quality standards.

• Operate sheeter equipment.
• Adjust feed rolls of the machine.
• Perform quality checks.
• Update metric board.
• Conduct the mixing and loading of ingredients into seed hopper.
• Handle Re-work dough
• Operate power walkie for tote movement and dough bin movement
• Update necessary documentation and record keeping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently

Oven Operator : Operates oven equipment. Ensure final product meet customer’s specifications.

• Operate oven equipment.
• Perform quality checks and monitor and adjust temperatures as required.
• Assist sheeter operator with die cleaning and change overs
• Act as back-up sheeter operator with basic knowledge including changeovers, start-ups, and regular break coverage.
• Operate power walkie for tote movement and dough bin movement
• Update necessary documentation and record keeping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently

Packers: Responsible for stacking and piling crackers into their correct containers and preparing them for palettization using various equipment.

• Packaging of quality baked products into a variety of packaging formats.
• Require to visually inspect the flow of product through various stages of the packaging process.
• Require rotating through the various packaging workstations on the packaging line.
• Able to lift 5-10 lb. boxes and stacking them on a pallet.

Working Conditions

• Work indoors.
• May be exposed to hot temperatures from ovens.
• May work close to others, usually within a few feet.
• Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.

Physical Requirements

• Standing involved.
• May repeat the same movement.
• Often wear safety equipment such as gloves, hair nets, steel toed safety shoes/boots and beard nets.
• Ability to bend or twist their body.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
