You are a highly skilled technical leader, you are invested in enabling your technical team, providing an excellent customer experience, and developing fresh, cutting-edge solutions.This leader position is an accelerated path to a career in professional services management and you’ll be reporting to the Vice President of Canada Onshore Delivery.What will your job entail
You will develop strong client relationships along with strong technical acumen. You will lead software solutions engagements to modernize and accelerate our customers’ data technology journeys. Projects can last from a few months to a year or more depending on the project mandate. The projects you work on will be varied and span across different customers in Aerospace, Automotive, Defense and Manufacturing. The tech stacks you use are constantly evolving, so you have an opportunity to continuously learn and use new cutting-edge tools.This role will also require you to deeply integrate into multiple business verticals and work with businesses of different sizes. While transparency, honesty and loyalty will always remain part of our core values, you will navigate many moving parts and subtleties in your role as a professional services expert. what you bring to the table
Experience and expertise in SAFe software development framework.
Demonstrated experience leading scrum processes, ceremonies and artifacts.
Demonstrated leadership and deployment experience leveraging native cloud paradigms and tools on platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
Experience working with digital data products, data analytics and emerging technologies (MLE, AI algorithms, datalake)
Experience coaching software development specialists (developers, UI/UX, QA, BA, etc…).
Demonstrated ability to manage agile and project tools and also reporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel/Sheets, Confluence, etc…).
Great client-facing skills and polished communications in English and French.your experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience leading projects with a focus on agile software development for applications, data analytics & digital product development
Relevant industry certifications, such as SAFe, CSM, PMP are a plus.
Previous work in a multicultural & international environment.Summary
