As an Operations Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency. Working in a hybrid setting, you’ll handle transaction processing, customer inquiries, and operational tasks with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Your role will contribute to customer loyalty, process improvements, and audit readiness, ensuring a high standard of banking operations.Advantages

Ensure customer inquiries and problems are resolved appropriately using internal and external processes.
Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction, contributing positively to customer satisfaction.
Act as a subject matter expert within the defined operational area.
Ensure all required processing and inquiries are completed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Accurately complete assigned tasks in compliance with established standards.
Participate in daily touchpoints and support work distribution.
Contribute to the achievement of satisfactory audit results by following audit and process guidelines.
Identify and escalate areas of risk.
Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Adhere to bank policies, service center operating procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Ensure the accuracy of all transactions by conducting due diligence.
Adapt to changes in processes and technology improvements within the business area.Qualifications
Must-Have:
Experience in operations and data entry
Customer service experience
Experience working with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)Nice to Have:
Experience in banking or financial institutions (FI)
Accounting background
Familiarity with Host, S3, C3 systemsSummary
