This role primarily supports and assists the BizOps team in optimizing daily activities and improving performance.As an analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to the company’s strategic and operating success.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategy and operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and efficiency. You must have a combination of problem-solving, communications, stakeholder management and program management skills to excel in this role.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external business partners, collaborate with them in all business functions, and support FITL’s business
- Support developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency
- Support analyzing business operations, processes, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Support, prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders and the Leadership team
- Contribute to various key deliverables
- Administrate and support projects, programs and ongoing assignments
- Support managing resource utilization
- Influence leadership decisions by providing insights driven by data and analytics
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and initiatives and support making adjustments as necessary
- Support remote work and co-work office space management
- Coordinate and Support hiring and on/off-boarding
- Plan team-building activities and events from budget planning through logistical coordination
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Support ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Business Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, analytical, and data management skills
- Positive attitude and reliable judgment and behaviour
- A calm demeanour to handle multiple and often changing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team
- Flexibility and a good dose of humour
- Proficiency in Excel is essential, and PowerBI is a plus
- Familiar with SAP and Azure DevOps is a plus

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $90,300 to $116,100 CAD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
