The team is responsible to generate a pipeline of new revenue generating retail innovation ideas that unlock growth for the business, including e.g. new store formats, retail & omni services and new business models. Some of the initiatives in current portfolio are Like New, clienteling, fits innovation, product personalization, AI in stores etc. The team is responsible for everything from market research, strategy, business modelling, piloting, evaluation and scaling.   • The Sr Analyst supports multiple teams empowering them with actionable insights through the democratization of a wide range of data. Current focus is to support the Like New and Clienteling programs but priorities my shift over the contract period.
  • Proactively conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Design and build Power BI reports taking ownership of all aspects including requirement gathering, ideation, ETL, visualization build, QA, security, etc.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, identify potential performance improvements and implement those solutions.
  • Collaborate cross functionally (e.g. Tech, MarTech, AI, Accounting, FP&A) and with external vendors to drive alignment and consistency of measurement.

qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a data or business analytics role.
  • Extensive experience with Power Query, Power BI and Excel.
  • Proficiency in SQL – ability to write structured and efficient queries on large data sets.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, process mapping and root cause identification skills.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable and can work autonomously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of departments and specialists.
  • Experience within an entrepreneurial environment and vendor management an asset

The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – 135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
