Tasks:Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses to assess the effectiveness of the intervention and inform the enhancement of the resources and designCollaborate with the research team to interpret data findings and contribute to manuscript and conference preparationAssist in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholdersSupport project management across projects to ensure timely progressOther tasks related to the knowledge mobilization of project findingsQualifications:PhDAdvanced training in complex statistical analysisProficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data analysis softwares (e.g., SPSS, R, or Python and NVivo)Ability to assess intervention effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations.Skills in data visualization for interpreting and presenting research findingsDemonstrated facility in academic writing through established record of high quality publicationsExcellent organizational and project management skills to undertake multiple research projects simultaneouslyAbility to synthesize research findings for knowledge mobilization initiativesHourly Salary: $32.60Hours per Week: 20 (Part time)Location: Education BuildingSupervisor: ProfessorPosition Start Date: 2024-12-16Position End Date: 2025-05-01Deadline to Apply: 2024-12-16This position is covered by the Association of McGill University Research Employees (AMURE) collective agreement.McGill University hires on the basis of merit and is strongly committed to equity and diversity within its community.
