Job description
We are hiring for Project Coordinator with one of our client.Location: Remote
Duration: 6 MonthsTasks:
The Project Coordinator will primarily be responsible for; but not limited to; the following: * Point of contact with internal Software Product Specialists (SPSs) to assist where necessary in coordinating efforts between various stakeholders.
- Establish necessary processes and template to assist SPSs replace existing COTS products with pre-identified M365 service. Points to consider are; but not limited to; necessary functional capabilities of existing COTS, scope/complexity of existing solution, client awareness/training requirements, risks and communications.
- Coordinate between existing COTS SPS, new M365 service SPS, client group and other stakeholders as required ensuring best fit and smooth transition.
- Report on overall progress.
Deliverables:
- Identify and report on organizational gaps requiring internal attention – Documented list of operational deficiencies and written recommendations on a weekly basis to address regarding items such as products missing SPSs, insufficient awareness of procedures / guidelines / governance, or insufficient understanding of business functional
requirements. * Create high level dashboard to report on overall progress of exercise and identified risks. Dashboard report to be submitted following Project Management health indicators to identity number of products by major milestones with ability to drill down to specific product to review particulars.
- Creation of templates/documentation to assist in collection and creation of required artifacts. As per the M365 manager’s request: Creation of Client templates (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online or Forms) to collect functional requirements to establish a repeatable/consistent means for stakeholder evaluation against the identified M365 service offering.
