Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Travel: Required within Ontario, with mileage expenses covered

Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our multi-site supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics management. This role requires a strong background in healthcare supply chains, knowledge of Health Canada regulations, and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  Oversee supply chain management across multiple sites, including network optimization and multi-site coordination.

  Manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.

  Supervise inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

  Direct warehouse management activities, including receiving, put away, transfers, picking, packing, and dispatching.

  Lead logistics management efforts, including distribution, last-mile delivery, carrier management, parcel, FTL, LTL, and fleet management.

  Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.

  Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) to streamline operations.

  Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure supply chain efficiency in the healthcare sector.

  Maintain knowledge of Health Canada regulations, including M Dell licensing and experience.

  Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.

  Manage budgets and financial aspects of the supply chain operations.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree or certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on healthcare.

  Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chains and Health Canada regulations.

  Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).

  Financial background with experience in managing budgets and financial planning.

  Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to travel within Ontario and manage multiple sites. null
