What you´ll do

  • Responsible for organizing, managing and overseeing various administrative activities and projects within the Henkel Consumer Brands – Hair Professional (HCB-HP) Canadian Education Department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Administration support to Senior Manager – National Education (example preparing training materials and reports)
  • Administration support to Education Managers (example preparing documents for legal review, Independent Contractor onboarding materials and invoice tracking etc.)
  • Administrator for education reporting platform including education activity reports, education bookings, updating fields/content, onboarding of new users
  • Coordination and communication of department meetings and activities
  • Creating, maintaining, and communicating all education activities via a master calendar
  • Support in coordinating of all training and event programs
  • Coordination and managing inventory of educational supplies with various vendors as well as preparing purchase orders
  • Preparation support of presentations for internal and external use

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Teams, My Tracker (sales tracker), and Education Booking Platform
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
