They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects, ensuring their successful completion while maintaining the company’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and additions.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Manage contracts, permits, and other documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and address any issues promptly.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with budgets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in residential and commercial construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
