4-8 years | CalgaryWe’re working with a major energy company looking for an in-house lawyer with strong commercial transactional experience gained in the midstream sector, to join on a fixed term contract for the next 12 to 14 months at least.The most important part of the role is working on complex high-risk commercial agreement negotiations for their long haul oil sands business, as well as more conventional pipeline commercial agreement work.
