Randstad Victoria is now searching for a temporary Building Maintenance Caretaker. If you are looking to pick up full time work over the next two weeks, and have experience in building maintenance, please get in touch!Opportunity: Full time, temporary
Location: Greater Victoria
Hours: 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $23 – $24/hr. . depending on experience
Start: ASAPAdvantages
– Monday – Friday, day shift
– Regular daytime hours
– Overtime available
– Weekly payResponsibilities
– Perform all routine and preventative maintenance work around the building
– Deal with any minor repairs needed around the building
– Maintenance of grounds
– Other duties as requiredQualifications
– Experience in building maintenance is ideal
– Reliable, full time availability
– Positive work ethic
– Trades experience preferred
– Strong English Written and Oral CommunicationSummary
