Job Description:
We are looking for a Network Analyst for our telecom client. Candidates must have experience working with Cisco networking, Cisco Routing and Switching and sound knowledge of Routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, BGP.

• Good IP knowledge and background
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in network engineering and documentation
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Data center network infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Expert level capabilities within the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel and Visio
• Good Software experience in python experience
• Professional attention to detail and with sense of urgency
• Knowledge of IP, including TCP, UDP, NATing, OSPF, and BGP
• Knowledge of IOS stack layer 1, 2, 3
• Support FW & NW engineering in the development of the Engineering Work Order (EWO) & Firewall Changes.
• Entry Level experience with network engineering and architecture skills.
• Ability to support a team of network engineers and client accounts in the network transformation effort.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation of network environments.
• Respond to requests for technical information from Lead Engineers.
• End of Life Cycle Equipment, Routers and switches (4500, 6500)
• Telecom transport knowledge of CMTS or DOCSIS
• IP subnetting, IPv4 and IPv6, Firewalls
