Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within a service-based industry, with a strong background in operations. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work with a high-performing team and play a critical role in driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence.
- Utilize analytics, data mining, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and track progress toward business goals.
- Provide clear feedback to the sales team, implement performance management tactics, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and reporting tools to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, sales team performance, and market trends to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in business development or sales within a service-based industry, ideally with exposure to hospitality or tourism.
- Strong experience with analytics, data mining, and KPIs to drive decision-making and business performance.
- Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM systems for reporting.
- Proven experience in guiding teams, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and manage performance.
- Strong background in operations, with an understanding of how business development efforts align with operational capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster relationships.
- A professional demeanor with the ability to build credibility with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the hospitality or tourism industry is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and advanced data analytics platforms.
