Your Role at KIK-LAVO
Reporting to the Finance Vice President, the Financial Cost Analyst identifies, analyzes, collects and presents complete and relevant financial information to improve the company’s manufacturing and inventory financial performance, creates analysis reports and dashboards using JD Edwards, SAP BI (Business Object), Crystal Reports and the Office suite.
What You’ll Be Doing

Prepares analyses aimed at improving the company’s manufacturing financial performance by identifying key issues, conducts relevant analysis, collects and presents financial information, and formulates conclusions.

Creates analysis reports and participates in the creation and deployment of dashboards (KPIs)

Lead the raw material costs/ inventory variances month-end close process and presentation to Sr. Leaderships (VP Operation, VP Finance, and General Manager)

Partners with manufacturing business leaders to understand monthly results and drive change and efficiency in the manufacturing plant

Participates in the development of financial forecasts, and annual budget

Determines the cost price of products/services purchased or manufactured and analyze the differences between cost prices and standard costs (Root cause)

Own the creation & maintenance of product bills of materials (BOMs), Routings, and items configuration in the ERP system

Reviews, calculates, and updates annual standard costs to ensure accuracy of inventory valuations, including but not limited to assembly of source data, calculations, and maintenance within the ERP system

Finance lead during the year-end inventory count and cycle count process

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions

Working with the Marketing and R&D team, will lead the preparation of costings & margin simulations for new products
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
-
3-5 years relevant experience
-
ERP Systems & data query systems such as SAP BI & Crystal Reports
-
Experience in manufacturing and retail industries
-
Expert computer skills in the full range of office software MS Office (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, data management)
-
Strong knowledge of JD Edwards Oracle ERP or similar ERP
-
Knowledge of SAP Web Intelligence
-
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency, strong analytical skills, sense of initiative, organizational skills, team player

Bilingual French / English both oral and written
