Job description
PrecisionERP is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Scrum Master to lead Agile Projects in an IT infrastructure and Applications/Products environment.
Candidates are expected to work 2-3 days in office downtown Montreal. The initial contract is for 6 months to start.
You will lead Agile Delivery, and be responsible for guiding and coaching Agile Professionals, implementing an Agile framework across projects and product lines in the domains.
– Drive Agile best practices
– Facilitate continuous improvement,
– Enhance a culture of collaboration and performance
Requirements:
- Experience implementing and coaching teams to adopt Agile ways of working.
- Agile Project & Program delivery skills and competencies
- Certified in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe etc)
- Experience operating in DevOps model and product centric approach
- Strong people leadership in career development and performance management
