As a key leader, you will drive initiatives that enhance the client experience and contribute to the organization’s continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Branch Manager/Customer Experience Leader, you will oversee the operations and customer service functions of the High Prairie and Falher branches. Your responsibilities will include:Operational Leadership:
- Manage daily branch activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of performance targets.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share within the local communities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote insurance products and services.
Financial Management:
- Oversee branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement measures to achieve financial objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:Education & Experience:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local market trends and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
