We are looking for collaborative, experienced, and flexible planning managers who want to maximize customer service and optimize inventory management objectives. As a Planning Manager you will be responsible for communication, escalation and resolution of bottleneck management and critical supply issues with internal and external stakeholders.This role will work directly with the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Team team and reports to the Associate Director Planning & Logistics.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Develop supply plan based on demand and planning parameters to support sales target while minimizing inventory impact at local and global cost.Determines applicable coverage of finished goods inventory respecting Global and Local inventory and working capital targets.Leads and influences key stakeholders (supply site, Global, Region) during bottleneck management to ensure no sales disruption for CPO Canada and no patient impact.Manages backorders, shortages to ensure allocations as agreed with Brand/Medical are adhered to by Customer Relations.Provides SCM expertise in monthly Sales and Business Planning (S&BP) process which is instrumental to meet Business objectives such as sales target, forecast accuracy, service level and avoidance of write-offs.Responsible for reporting KPIs and tracking performance. is instrumental to meetWhat you’ll bring to the role:Essential:Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, CPIM or APICS certification.Experience in project planningExcellent M365 package and data analytics tools as Power BI, Sap Business Objects, Tableau, etc.Strong communication skillsFlexible and comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.Desirable:Kinaxis Rapid Response an asset.Financial background an assetSkills Desired Business Networking, Business Scenario Planning , Change Controls, Continual Improvement Process, Efficiency, Flexibility, General Hse Knowledge, Including Gdp, Inventory Management, Knowledge Of Gmp, Operations, Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Procurement, Product Distribution, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Supply Planning
