Consider joining Canada’s newest polytechnic, committed to be the most entrepreneurial polytechnic by 2034.Job RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a Bachelor’s degree in Education (secondary route) with a major or minor in Mathematics is required is required. Experience in teaching adults will be an asset. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:

• Candidates must be able to apply different instructional strategies to meet the needs of students with different learning styles.
• Knowledge of Northwestern Polytechnic courses and current educational technologies commonly found in classrooms (e.g., videoconferencing, D2L) are desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Highly qualified faculty, who seek to continuously improve instruction and meet the need of learners.
• Student Focused.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
