We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative – Insurance Benefits, bilingual in French and English, to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position offers a salary of $21/hour and an opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating and collaborative environment.6 month contract

Respond quickly and professionally to calls, chats and tickets according to customer parametersDevelop in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively inform customersPractice active listening, clarify information and defuse conflict situations when necessaryAccurately document customer requests and solutionsProvide exceptional and professional customer serviceMaintain established performance levels in a KPI-driven environmentResolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and proceduresActively collaborate with team to foster a positive work environmentQuickly identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutionsQualifications
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)Previous customer service or call center experience in the insurance industryProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Excellent communication, listening and empathy skillsAbility to manage several tasks simultaneously and optimize timeMinimum 3 years’ experience in the industrySummary
