4FMV is looking for a Contract Full Stack Developer for a client located just steps from Union Station. This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office 2 days per week. The contract is budgeted for 11 months with a chance of renewal. You will design, develop, and implement software applications and enhance their existing Java based billing and payment applications.What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop new application functionality
- Provide enhancements to a billing application and a consumer facing application
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with other application and business teams to triage production issues and understand new requirements
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in Java / Angular development is required
- Experience with enhancing billing / payment applications, ecommerce sites, and or consumer facing applications
- Experience with Angular, Java, J2EE systems, JSP/Servlet, JavaScript, HTML and XML is required
- Hibernate, Spring Framework for web application development is required
- Experience with relational databases (including Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL) is required
- Understand responsive design
- Knowledgeable of design patterns and data structures
- Experience with DevOps
