Job Function:

  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify client needs and present tailored financial solutions that align with their goals.
  • Drive lead generation through outreach, networking, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate client information and track sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriting and administrative teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Job Requirement:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a results-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
