Position: Full-Time Program Coordinator
Location: Campbell River, BC.
Salary: $71,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week plus on-call rotation
This position may require a flexible schedule working outside of typical office hoursSummary:Axis Family Resources Ltd. is recruiting a Full Time Program Coordinator in Campbell River, BC. The Program Coordinator will manage and support the Specialized Supportive Housing programs. The Program Coordinator will provide direction to ensure that the goals and objectives of the organization are met; will also provide planning, coordination, administration of programs, and participate in the afterhours and on-call rotation. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for talent management such as participation in recruitment, performance management processes, supervision of staff, creation of staff schedules, and approval of time entry on IBEX system. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changes, work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate professionalism and have a positive attitude.About Axis Family Resources Ltd:Axis Family Resources Ltd. is a leading British Columbia-based social services organization using a trauma-informed lens. - Supervisory experience
- A diploma in Community Services, Human Services, or other related discipline
- At least 2 years’ related work experience; Direct program delivery experience in the community social services sector with a demonstrated working knowledge of community-based programs and related provincial and community support is preferred
- Clear Criminal Record Check (agency conducted, expenses covered)
- Effective written and verbal communication
