Black & McDonald Limited is seeking a Lawyer to join our office located in Scarborough, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a great company and to help mitigate risks on large and interesting projects throughout Canada, the United States and Bermuda. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and drafting contracts

• Participating in negotiations

• Providing legal advice on complex construction and corporate matters including:

• PPE Projects

• EPC Projects

• Design Build Projects

• Teaming/Joint Venture Arrangements

• Litigation management

EDUCATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have:

• 2-6 years of corporate legal experience

• Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset

• Specific experience with construction law will be considered an asset

• Ability to travel
