- Delivering effective solutions and cost-efficient shipping options to customers.
- Managing the dispatch of urgent freight based on the specific requirements of clients.
- Ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination of shipments.
- Providing optimal transportation solutions for the internal team and third-party logistics, adhering to established guidelines and customer instructions.
- Assisting with inquiries and resolving issues for drivers, flight crew, and customers regarding load assignments and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizing abilities.
- Experience operating in a computerized environment.
- Dispatch experience is preferred.
- Experience in setting up cross-border shipments with customs (ACE/ACI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Skillful verbal and written communication.
- A readiness to pick up new skills and adjust to new software.
