Job Description:Lead overall execution of a midrise residential project in Ottawa from preconstruction through closeout.Direct site operations, project management, and subcontractor coordination to ensure schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.Manage client relationships and serve as primary point of contact.Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with executive leadership.Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and contractual obligations.Lead internal teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and coordinators.Approve major procurement and change orders.Mitigate project risks and resolve high-level issues proactively.Report to VP Construction or Executive Team.
