You will be working on implementing solutions on Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Force.comKey Accountabilities:Play a key role in system and application design considering scalability, configurability, maintainability and robustness of the solutionPerform development, unit testing, implementation as it relates to Salesforce.com software and the Force.com platformEvaluate business requirements and resolve potential Salesforce-enabled components (Should be able to determine when to use customization vs configuration)Find opportunities to use Salesforce automationProvide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirementsSkills And Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience in relevant field)At least 8+ years of experience with application developmentAt least 4+ Years experience as a Salesforce DeveloperMust have in-depth knowledge of design and implementation using Apex classes, triggers, workflows, Salesforce Lightning (aura), VisualForce pages, controllers, batch process and extensionsMust have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce query languages like SOQL and SOSLMust have in-depth knowledge of governor limits and best practicesExtensive knowledge of Salesforce security modelsKnowledge of configuration using workflow rules, process builder and flows.Experience with Javascript, CSS and HTMLExperience with Salesforce Community portal administration and Community builder conceptsKnowledge of Service consoleIntegration with on-premise or third-party solutions using RESTful Web ServicesExperience in data migration using Salesforce Dataloader or Import WizardNice to haves:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsBe able to multi-task and solve problemsSelf-starter, able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders, meet tight deadlines and tolerate change and ambiguityDemonstrated accuracy, thoroughness in completing tasks, and attention to detailAbility to work in a cross functional teamFamiliar with the Agile approach including ScrumIn the market for…Excitement – Explore emerging technology and innovation, as well as ventures and digital finance that shape the future of global markets!
