Job description
Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Information Risk Management Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $40 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Remote is an option
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 5 PMJob Responsibilities:
- Ensure BC/DR plans comply with internal standards and external regulations
- Regularly review and update plans to reflect business and risk changes
- Implement global BC/DR processes across the organization
- Manage third-party exit/transition plans and review SOC 2 reports
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to identify dependencies and gaps
- Facilitate simulations and document strategies
- Align DR strategies with operational and compliance standards
- Host and lead meetings with business and technology stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address staffing or technical gaps
- Document requirements, analyze risks, and prioritize tasks
- Conduct simulations and share findings with leadership
- Ensure DR plans are aligned with third-party and internal standards
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of web content management experience within Contentful or similar CMS platforms
- Proficiency with Contentful, Bynder, and Algolia
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Bilingual – English and French (nice to have)
- Experience with additional CMS platforms Adobe AEM, or Opentext WEM
- Basic graphic design and SEO knowledge
