In this role, you will work closely with world-class leaders in IP helping our team create business value by managing, obtaining, and leveraging IP assets for the benefit of our clients. We are confident the right candidate will find many opportunities to learn and grow within our firm.Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or PhD degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution in a law firm context or in a corporate (in-house) IP group
  • Registered Canadian Patent Agent
  • Strong written and oral communication in English and French. As the firm serves a predominantly international clientele whose language of communication is English, fluency in English is a requirement
