Workforce Inc. is currently seeking Loadout Equipment Operator! Reporting to the Operations Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating loadout equipment to ensure materials are loaded accurately and in accordance with site specifications.Why Apply?

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate loadout equipment, including front-end loaders, conveyors, and other heavy machinery
- Load materials into transport vehicles according to weight and volume specifications
- Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Monitor material quality and report any irregularities or contamination
- Coordinate with scale house, logistics, and control room staff to ensure smooth and accurate loadout processes
- Keep work areas clean and clear of obstructions, ensuring compliance with site safety and environmental standards
- Proficiently operate a two-way radio when required
- Work in compliance with prescribed company policies and procedures
- Be proactive with company safety initiatives
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Shift Supervisor and/or Operations General Foreman
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification is highly regarded
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in operating heavy equipment is preferred
- Surface Miner Common Core is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate equipment in all weather conditions
- Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing equipment issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
