About the team you are joining

The IATA Operational Safety Audit
(IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation and continuous
evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide.

IATA is rolling out the Risk-based
IOSA program. This transition sees the IOSA Program Office scaling up over the
next years to create a seamless end-to-end audit process produced in-house. You
would be joining a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to make a
difference.

We seek an Assistant, Audit Administration, as a member
of the Administration team reporting to the Senior Manager, Audit Administration.

What your day would be like

  • You will
    be supporting the daily administration in the IOSA Program. In particular, you
    will:
  • Administer IOSA/ISSA registration for accurate listing of airlines on the Registries
  • Support customer relationship management through internal and external stakeholder liaison
  • Manage customer and stakeholder inquiries
  • Support with financial and contract processes (task orders, contract signatures, collection, etc.)
  • Support with IOSA audit report requests
  • Help with IOSA repository and platform troubleshooting and user support
  • Prepare ad hoc presentations and reports

following skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English; knowledge of other languages would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong ability to work with MS Office, data analysis and visualization skills would be an asset
  • Ability to work under pressure and ability to multi-task and to interact with external staheholders.
