Title: Associate, Donor Experience

As an Associate, Donor Experience, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that helps bring the Red Cross donor journey to life. You’ll support the design and delivery of donor experiences that show gratitude, build trust and spark joy for the people who make our mission possible. This role is all about detail, collaboration, and creativity — and it’s an incredible opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to something bigger than yourself.
You’ll work closely with Donor Experience Specialists, Relationship Managers, Donor Impact and Creative Design Specialists and philanthropy colleagues across streams (Major Gifts, Corporate, Foundations & Grants, and more) to ensure donors feel connected, cared for and inspired every step of the way.

In this role, you will:
- Support the creation and delivery of stewardship materials, proposals, reports, and donor communications.
- Coordinate data entry and ensure donor records in CRM systems are accurate, timely and complete.
- Assist in planning and executing donor engagement activities such as recognition events, virtual updates, or personalized outreach.
- Work with colleagues across fundraising teams to ensure donor journeys are seamless and aligned.
- Monitor engagement touchpoints and help track donor feedback and satisfaction.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Manager, Specialists, and Relationship Managers as needed.
- Help ensure processes, templates and standard operating procedures are consistently applied.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture where creativity and care are valued.
What we are looking for :
- 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, client service, communications, or administration (nonprofit or corporate).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- An upbeat, collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail in both content and presentation.
- Comfort working with databases, CRM systems or digital tools (training will be provided).
- A passion for learning and growing in philanthropy and donor engagement.
- Empathy, curiosity and enthusiasm for building meaningful connections.
- Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Requires significant attention to detail and concentration and ability to mentally process large amounts of information.
- The work pace is often unpredictable with significant time pressures.
- Ability to adapt to frequent and often urgent changes in priorities, and make decisions under pressure, work at an unpredictable pace.
