Construction industry organization in the Mississauga area is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to join their organization. This role will be responsible for different areas of the business, such as accounts payable, employee engagement tasks, company event planning, supporting the HR team projects, marketing projects, ordering supplies and employee backup. If you have 2+ years of general office coordination experience, this role could be for you.
What’s Offered
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (In office 5 days)
- $24.00-27.00/hr.
- Once taken on permanently, the company offer

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and executive employee program and company events
- Reception coverage for breaks, lunches and vacations
- Assist the HR team with employee files and recruitment projects
- Social media efforts for the organization
- Accounting department duties – accounts payable and payroll administration
- Order office supplies
- Projects assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of general office coordination experience
- Pervious accounting clerical experience is a must
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Must be able to work independently with confidence
- High attention to detail
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Management/Administration is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills – written and spoken
