About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Operations Manager to support the Adobe AI Transformation GTM team, with a focus on our AI and forward deployed engineer solutions. This role will ensure the team operates at peak efficiency by driving planning, process excellence, and execution discipline. The successful candidate will act as the connective tissue across the field, product marketing, engineering, and marketing teams — enabling the team to focus on delivering thought leadership, storytelling, and customer impact for our AI products and building the GTM and service definition for our FDE products.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business operations expertise, excellent program management skills, and an analytical mindset to help measure success, optimize workflows, and scale the team’s impact across Adobe and the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Team Support

  • Develop and manage operational processes that support the team’s day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth execution of workstreams.
  • Own budget management, resource planning, and vendor coordination in support of events, campaigns, and field enablement.
  • Drive the creation and management of enablement calendars, speaker and event schedules, and key deliverables across the team.

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Partner with the AI Evangelist and DX leadership to support annual and quarterly business planning, setting clear goals and tracking progress.
  • Ensure alignment between evangelism efforts and broader Adobe DX strategy, sales objectives, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between the evangelism team and cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Define and manage success metrics to evaluate the impact of the teams AI and FDE activities on sales and customer engagement.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate progress, learnings, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Leverage data to recommend improvements to programs and processes.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or related roles within enterprise software, marketing, or technology.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and partnering with marketing, sales, product, and events teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience building metrics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI, digital experience, or marketing technology a plus.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
