Sales Business Development – Part Time (Hybrid Remote)

Located in Port Coquitlam, BC
Salary: $25-$30 an hour + commission
We are currently recruiting for a large & growing company in Port Coquitlam. This company specializes in communication & documentation services, wanting to grow a new division!
This Sales & Business Development Representative role is a new role jump-starting this new division and is a Part-Time role for 3-4 months at (20hrs a week) before a Full-Time Permanent consideration of the successful candidate. Additionally, this role provides a hybrid/remote option too.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience is required (non-retail)
- Previous experience within the technical communication/document services and/or technical writing industry is a strong asset
- Proficient with MS Suite: Excel (V-LookUps & Pivot Tables) and various CRM systems
- Fluency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach strategies, Google Ads or other digital marketing tools is preferred
- Upbeat, personable team player
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate & strong time management skills
- Comfortable in engaging clearly & professionally with technical, industrial, or engineering-oriented clients
- Excellent communication skills: written & verbal
- Employment References & a Triton Background check will be conducted upon further consideration of a candidate
Duties:
- Prospect & develop new B2B client relationships in BC & Alberta
- Identify & qualify leads aligned to the new division
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn (prospecting, relationship building, follow-ups)
- Support & coordinate digital lead generation initiatives alongside the internal team
- Manage & organize daily sales activities & follow-ups
- Support proposal preparation alongside the internal team
- Maintain the NetSuite CRM system for sales tracking records
