Distribution company in Mississauga is looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy working in a role with a variety of different tasks and likes to get their hands into many projects. If you have 2+ years of customer service experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment, this role could be for you. Interested, read below
What’s Offered:
- 23.62/hr.
- Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
- Work in a collaborative and fun environment
- Potential for long-term employment opportunities (based on performance and company needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer inquiries and coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Release shipments to the warehouse
- Arrange shipments with vendors
- Ensure all shipments are being received and shipped on time
- Work on the floor with warehouse staff to ensure orders are being processed
- Support the warehouse team with labeling of products
- Any tasks the operations and CSR team require
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy working in an office setting but also comfortable with working on the warehouse floor
- Excellent MS office skills
- Must be able to sit and stand for long period of time
