We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to play a critical role in the implementation of 110+ business and retail banking products and initiatives across our diverse systems landscape. This includes our SAP banking solutions, websites, AI advice services, and reporting platforms. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless product integration and a superior customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our banking products and services.Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product requirements for a wide range of banking products (e.g., deposits, mortgages, loans).
– Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements for system implementation.
– Work closely with technical teams (architect, developers, testers) to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of product features.
– Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
– Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the banking and financial services domain.
– Contribute to process improvements and standardization of product implementation methodologies.Required Skills and Experience:
– Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry with a strong track record in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
– Strong understanding of banking products and services, including deposits, mortgages, and loans.
– Experience working with core banking systems (e.g., SAP) and integrating various applications (websites, AI services, reporting platforms).
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
– Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
– Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
– Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
