Job DescriptionYour application will be reviewed for consideration across multiple positions with responsibilities aligned to those described in this job posting.What is the opportunity?As a Business Analyst in RBC Insurance, you will provide an appropriate level of support for all types of change initiatives/projects, ensuring business impacts are assessed and projects are being implemented efficiently and effectively with business solutions that meet client and stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate will apply business and data experience and complete working knowledge of the job and policies/practices to perform a combination of routine tasks and varied administrative/operational assignments.What will you do?Work within a dynamic environment where you are encouraged to aid in process improvement and work with autonomy.Develop and Review processes and proceduresSupport and assist with new and renewal licensing applicationsCreate and maintain all client and licensing records in applicable systemsCollaborate and support the Channel Design and Initiative Delivery team on projects impacting the group distribution channelReview and clean up data within salesforce platform to improve platform efficiencyPerforming data classification review and updates for Insurance’s applications/systemsEnsuring alignment with the Enterprise data classification as outlined in the Enterprise Data Security StandardsDeveloping product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.Participate in collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business user needsDocumenting processes or upgrading existing procedure manuals.Developing product or service knowledge and competence in tools and business processes used in the department.Resolve internal and external queries in a professional mannerWhat do you need to succeed?Must haveKnowledge in Building, Documenting and Assessing ProcessesProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skillsStrong Teamwork and Collaboration SkillsAnalytical Thinking and strong data literacyAbility to think critically and “outside the box”Nice to haveExperience with End User Reporting Tools (ex.
