Reporting to the VP, Revenue Marketing, the Account-based Marketing (ABM) Manager will drive highly targeted multi-channel marketing strategies while executing on campaigns and audience engagement initiatives.You will be actively involved in day-to-day marketing activities, including, but not limited to, project management, CRM reporting, vendor relations, campaign execution, and performance analysis.Who you areYou are a strategic and detail-oriented B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and refine strategies ensures continuous improvement in ABM initiatives.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and execute targeted marketing programs that engage high-value accounts and drive business outcomes. This role will work closely with sales, demand generation, and content teams to create personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP).Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies that align with sales goals and target high-priority accounts.
  • Partner with sales and SDR teams to identify key accounts and create customized marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth.
  • Design and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital advertising, email, direct mail, webinars, and field events.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop personalized messaging and assets for different account segments.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools, intent data, and CRM insights to optimize targeting and campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on ABM program performance, measuring impact on engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to integrate ABM into demand generation and brand awareness efforts.
  • Stay up to date with ABM best practices, technologies, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in ABM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience working with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, contact enrichment tools) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong understanding of account-based strategies, segmentation, and customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and making data-backed decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preference for candidates based in Ottawa, Canada.
