Plus, we offer purpose-built marketing tools to help merchants convert more shoppers into customers, driving GMV.About the teamThe Account Management team is part of the Sales Team at Gorgias. We educate merchants on optimizing their customer experience for efficiency and personalization at scale. The focus of our team is cross-selling add-ons to our existing customer base.The Gorgias Marketing Suite includes Convert and AI Agent that helps our Merchants increase their conversion rate, grow AOVs, and reduce bounce rate. We’ve repeatedly proven that with Convert, Merchants can increase their GMV by more than 10% and get a 20x ROI.We’re looking for a motivated sales person, ideally with experience selling a marketing tool to e-commerce brands. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be at the forefront of innovative tech solutions and your skills will be instrumental in driving revenue.You will join a rapidly growing team and play a key role in launching new products.What You’ll DoAs part of our Account Management team, your role will be cross-selling Convert and Sales AI Agent to our existing customer baseYou will be in a sales role, hold a quota, and be responsible for to hit your quota.You will demo existing customers on our Convert product, conduct ROI analysis, and own the closing process.You will have inbound leads routed by Customer Success and will sometimes outbound existing customers.You will be working primarily with marketing managers, CMOs, brand owners, and customer service managers.Who You Are2-3 years of sales experience as an Account Executive or selling directly to e-commerce brands in a closing roleDemonstrated success in a fast paced and high volume sales environmentProven track record of meeting and exceeding quotaTech Savvy, you will act as a solutions consultant that can speak to how our products can help improve the CX experience and drive revenueSelling is something you love doing, you want to be coached and further develop your sales skillsAbility to understand complex ideas and automate processesActive listener who can identify opportunities and leverage themOutstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in EnglishNice To HaveExperience as an e-commerce founder running your own online storeExperience working at a tech-start upExperience in marketing and knowledge of marketing trends and metricsFluency in FrenchPerks & Benefits🏖️ 5-week vacation (We follow each country’s appropriate PTO Laws)🤕 Paid sick leave🧸 Paid parental leave (16 weeks)💻 MacBook Pro🍽️ Personal credit card to buy lunches (you’ll have your own Gorgias credit card)🏥 We provide private health insurance and retirement pension💆🏻‍♀️ Get up to $900 CAD to set up your workstation at home (working from home should feel breezy)📚 Get up to $2600 CAD of learning material per year (includes books, courses, training sessions that are easily identified and linked with your job scope.
