We are offering an exciting opportunity in the finance industry, specifically for an Accounting Clerk role. As an Accounting Clerk, you will undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help ensure the company’s revenues. Your responsibilities will include processing incoming payments and issuing necessary paperwork.Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data entry and account reconciliation
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Conduct invoice processing and billing procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Operate QuickBooks for financial management
• Manage and organize financial records
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Track and monitor customer accounts and transactions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial records.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), demonstrating a strong understanding of these processes.
• Skilled in Billing procedures, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Data Entry, demonstrating speed and accuracy.
• Experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring prompt and accurate management of transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating the ability to use complex formulas and create detailed financial reports.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software, showing an understanding of its applications in accounting tasks.
