About the Opportunity

• Process accounts payables, verify, record, and post invoices
• Manage payment runs via EFT and wire transfers
• Reconcile AP to cash disbursements and resolve variances
• Monitor vendor accounts and address discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and obtain approvals for invoices
• Complete monthly AP reconciliations
• Ensure financial security via internal controls
• Prepare banking reports, monitor cash balances, and investigate variances
• Support month-end tasks and general administrative duties
• Compile and code employee credit card receipts
• Provide AP team coverage during leaves

About You

• Over 2.5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable
• College/University in Accounting, finance, or related
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using a large ERP system is required– SAP, would be considered a strong asset
• High proficiency with MS Excel

Pay Range
